Concha Cottage is a small, family-run bakery based in Indianapolis, Indiana, where every recipe carries a story of love, tradition, and togetherness. Rooted in Maggie’s Mexican heritage, our baked goods celebrate the comforting flavors she grew up with — soft, fragrant conchas, rich pan dulce, and other nostalgic treats — blended with the familiar warmth of American home baking.
